General wellness only
NextCoach is a general fitness, wellness, planning, and reflection tool. It is not intended as a medical device or healthcare service and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, monitoring, prediction, prognosis, or cure of any disease, injury, disability, or other medical condition.
Nothing in NextCoach is medical, nutritional, psychological, pharmaceutical, legal, or other professional advice. Using the app does not create a doctor-patient, dietitian-client, therapist-client, or other professional relationship.
Ask a qualified professional
In addition to using NextCoach, consult a doctor or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions or starting, stopping, or materially changing exercise, diet, fasting, recovery practices, supplements, or other health-related activity. This is especially important if you have symptoms, an injury, a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or postpartum, or have been advised to limit activity or diet.
Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of information from NextCoach.
Automated and AI-assisted output
NextCoach uses deterministic software rules to rank actions and may use an on-device AI system, where available, to explain an already-determined result. Automated and AI-assisted output is generated from limited records and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, misleading, or unsuitable for you. It is not reviewed by a doctor or other professional.
Verify important information independently. Do not rely on automated or AI-assisted output for medical, emergency, safety-critical, legal, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
Exercise, nutrition, and supplements
Exercise and changes to diet, recovery, or supplements can involve risks including pain, injury, illness, allergic reaction, medication interaction, and other adverse effects. Consider your health, ability, technique, equipment, environment, allergies, intolerances, medications, and professional guidance before acting. Stop if you experience pain, faintness, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or another concerning symptom and seek appropriate help.
Data and estimates
Recovery scores, training adjustments, nutrition gaps, plateau detection, and progress forecasts are estimates, not measurements of a medical condition or guarantees of an outcome. Missing, delayed, duplicated, manually entered, imported, or incorrectly interpreted data can produce an unsuitable suggestion. Review the observations shown with a recommendation and check important values at their original source before acting.
Emergencies
NextCoach does not detect or respond to emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, stop using the app and contact your local emergency service immediately. Do not use NextCoach to delay care.
Children and local rights
A child or anyone who cannot legally accept the Terms of Use should use NextCoach only with a parent or legal guardian and appropriate professional supervision. These disclaimers apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not exclude any right, guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
